Service

GetFound3 provides website analysis, reporting, workflow, and related visibility tools. Features and review-access limits may change as the product develops.

Authorized use

You may analyze only websites and data you own or are authorized to assess. You may not use the service to disrupt systems, evade access controls, or collect information unlawfully.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your credentials. Activity performed through your account is your responsibility.

Reports and recommendations

Scores and recommendations are decision-support information, not a guarantee of rankings, traffic, citations, revenue, or any other business outcome.

Intellectual property

Farrington Development retains ownership of the service, software, scoring methods, and product materials. You retain rights to the data and sites you submit.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis during review. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the applicable period.
